FaceLab is a multi-specialty facial and dental institution located at The Shoppes at City of Dreams, Colombo, Sri Lanka. We provide specialist dental, orthodontic, maxillofacial, sleep medicine, dermatology, and facial plastic surgery services through qualified consultant specialists registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC).

2. Consultations & Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our clinical platform Bistec Care. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice. A cancellation policy applies to confirmed bookings.

3. Treatment Consent

All treatment is provided with informed consent. Your specialist will explain the proposed treatment, alternatives, risks, and expected outcomes before proceeding. You have the right to ask questions and to decline treatment at any stage.

4. Payment & Pricing

Treatment costs are provided in your personalised treatment plan. Prices listed on this website are indicative and may vary based on individual clinical needs. Payment is due at the time of service unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed. We offer flexible payment plans for eligible treatments.

5. Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations are conducted through Bistec Care. They are intended for initial assessment, second opinions, and treatment planning. A virtual consultation does not replace an in-person clinical examination where one is clinically required.

6. International Patients

Treatment packages for international patients include indicative pricing. Final costs are confirmed after clinical assessment. Concierge services (airport transfers, hotel coordination) are provided as a courtesy and are subject to availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

FaceLab provides dental and medical services with professional care and diligence. Outcomes may vary between individuals. We are not liable for outcomes that fall within the normal range of clinical variation, provided treatment was delivered to accepted professional standards.
